​​Jennifer S.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Jennifer was born and raised in a small town in southern Ohio. Jennifer joined the veterinary field in 2013 as a veterinary assistant and client service representative at Quail Animal Hospital. She worked full-time while studying and training to obtain her license. In January 2017, Jennifer proudly earned her licensing to became a Registered Veterinary Technician. Sometimes you will find Jennifer in her old role at the front desk serving clients;  “ I have always wanted to work with animals, and I am so blessed to be able to do it everyday.”   Jennifer and her husband Corey have a little boy named Shea and a black lab named Duncan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing outdoor activities and exercising.


Kurtis L.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Kurtis joined the veterinary field in 2012 as a veterinary assistant and client service representative. He attended Heritage College while working to obtain his license in 2015, shortly after joining the QAH team. He has been passionate about the medical and technical aspects of veterinary medicine since first volunteering at a local animal hospital and seeing the depth of knowledge and skills necessary to be an effective technician. Kurtis has taken a shpecial interest in dentistry and has taken on an active role as our resident, "dental tech". Kurtis has a dachshund/terrier mix named Frankenstein who joins him and his Fiancee Michelle on all of their adventures; exploring various byways and off-road trails around the western United States.

Registered Veterinary Technician 

​Genia started her veterinary career in 2013 as a kennel attendant and knew she had found her calling. She spent time in emergency practice and specialty practice, but realized that general practice was her calling when she joined the team in 2015 as a veterinary assistant. Genia graduated from veterinary technician school in Fall 2017 and proudly received her licensing in January 2018.  "I am truly grateful to work in a field where I can help nurse sick pets back to health and support their parents as a reliable and knowledgeable resource." In her free time, you can find only Genia outdoors - hiking, paddle boarding, traveling and visiting family.  


Patti H.

Client Services

Patti has been a member of the veterinary field for 14 years. In the summer of 2012, she assisted in the opening of Quail Animal Hospital and has proudly continued to lead the team as a Customer Service Representative. You will never find Patti without a smile to great you; "I love participating in the health and happiness of all our beloved furry family members". Patti has a Pug-a-Poo named Freddy, a cat named Madre, and an Arabian Mare named Raven. When not at work, Patti spends most of her time happily horseback riding or celebrating with family and friends.

Client Services

Nicole is a Orange County native and has been a veterinary client service representative for 18 years. Since a young age Nicole always knew that she wanted to work in a veterinary hospital. Her contagious laugh is quite hard to resist should you hear it echoing in the halls of the Hospital. Nicole is our resident "cat lady" - proud mother to three independently minded felines. In her free time, Nicole loves to spend time with her daughter and extended family.

Brooklynn B.

Veterinary Assistant

​Brooklynn is a Southern California transplant from a small town in Northern California. She is currently a third year student at UC Irvine majoring in Biological Sciences with hopes of attending veterinary school soon. She joined the team in 2016 and you may find her wearing one of her many hats - from helping clients at the front desk to helping patients in the back as a veterinary assistant; “It’s every little girl’s dream to become a veterinarian, and I am beyond blessed to have the Quail Animal Hospital team help me get closer to reaching that goal every day.” In September 2016, Brooklynn adopted an orange tabby kitty who she named Mozzie. During her free time, Brooklynn enjoys spending time outdoors, going to Disneyland and spending time with friends.
